Position:
Helpdesk Administrator
Description:
The KDV Technology and Consulting Service Group is seeking a Support Specialist to serve as the Technology Group’s main contact at the Help Desk. Responds remotely to the service and the support needs of all internal and external clients; provides support, advises and resolves client issues in purchase, installation, repair and maintenance areas; responds in crisis and/or on a routine maintenance basis. The primary responsibilities are to diagnose and resolve end-user issues as well as be an initiation point for server and network problem escalation. Candidates should have 2+ year’s progressively responsible experience where support/service was the primary responsibility within professional service organizations in business-to-business or business-to-consumer markets. Minimum of an AA degree with emphasis on Network Administration with at least 1 certification in Computer T.I.A. or completion of a certificate program in Network Administration with at least 1 certification in Computer T.I.A.
