Administration (8%) District administrators' and office staff salaries plus district-related supplies and equipment.
Pupil transportation (5%) Expenses related to buses, fuel and related insurance and maintenance.
Capital expenditures (5%) Major purchases are included here. Generally with costs of more than $20,000 such as school buses, new schools, equipment and library books for a new school.

Support services (8%) Non-instructional support such as administrators at individual schools, health services, libraries and meal programs.
Classroom instruction (65%) This includes salaries and benefits for teachers and special education staff, supplies and purchased services such as visiting artists.
