Giving back and getting back

We view community involvement as an opportunity to invest in the future, because strong communities translate to strong business and a vibrant quality of life. Our involvement is focused in two ways:

Corporate partners
We give as a company and encourage employee donations of both dollars and time to our corporate partners: The Greater Twin Cities United Way, The United Way of St. Cloud, Community Solutions, Community Health Charities and the Minnesota Environmental Fund.

Employee choice
We encourage employees to follow their hearts and volunteer for organizations that are meaningful to them.

Business community
Many of our employees participate in industry associations, local chambers of commerce, Jaycees and other business organizations as a way to further their knowledge about their local business community.
